About World X 2024
World X 2024 is an in-person mega career exploration festival in August. On different days, different Worlds of Tomorrow will be open for youths to explore meaningful careers that contribute to that World!

With new career options and opportunities emerging along side the new challenges we face today, World X 2024 has been specially designed for post-secondary youths (e.g. polytechnic and university students) to immerse, explore and connect with meaningful career options that contribute to our Worlds of Tomorrow!
World X is free-of-charge for participants, proudly organised by The Astronauts Collective (TAC) and the SkillsFuture Singapore-Lifelong Learning Institute (SSG-LLI), in support of the national SkillsFuture Festival 2024.

Imagine how our world would look like in 2030 and beyond
Our world is rapidly changing. Not too long ago, climate change and global pandemics felt like science fiction themes in the movies. How would tomorrow's world look like - what are the problems and opportunities we will face?
At World X, we invite you to imagine what tomorrow's world would like. Drawing on government masterplans and projections about how the world in 2030 and beyond might be, World X will transport you to different Worlds of Tomorrow and immerse you in the opportunities and challenges of that World, letting you see and try out how our jobs and careers can contribute meaningfully to the Worlds of Tomorrow.
